iMS is aimed at gaining insights, which encourages putting learning into practice
We all learn new information on a daily basis, whether that is through a new skill, a new person joining your workplace or a new event in our lives”. As an example, when a new person joins your workplace, or if you are new to joining a workplace you take in a lot of new information.
Insights
“Insights” is a term used to describe people’s thoughts, motivations and perspectives, which then underpinned the development of ‘outsights’ to apply that inner knowledge to the outside world. This can happen in a social setting and a work setting. Business processes define ‘insights’ as unmeasurable, which therefore leads to factors that are measurable based on actions, performance and learning
Mentoring
“Mentoring” is focused on guiding and coaching you to gain knowledge through learning. Mentoring looks at applying your learning to a practical situation. Our courses use case studies, scenarios and examples so you can see how what you learn is applied to a situation. We live in a continually changing world and we are delighted to give you the opportunity to navigate a learning journey that suits you.
Solutions
“Solutions” are an evaluation of dealing with a situation. There can be benefits and drawbacks in how to deal with a situation. In a workplace, can you think of how you would deal with an increase in demand of a particular product, or outside of work, can you think how you would get to an event if your car wouldn’t start? This is exactly how learning and thinking is relevant to everyday tasks. In the industry of law, for example, what happens when a new legislation or ruling is made? Does than mean all cases related to that new law/rule change from that point forward?
